Holdem that I have been trying out. At first, I wasn't too crazy
about it but the more I played, the more it started to grow on
me. It's Texas Holdem, with a splash of Chess strategy thrown

FullTiltPoker is still open to US players! It's only one of a handful of sites that have
remained loyal to US based players. In October 2006, legislation
was passed into law in the US (which has made it harder for US
players to fund their real money online poker accounts via their
US bank accounts) that prompted many popular online poker sites,
including PartyPoker, to shut their doors to US players. FullTilt did not do this!

The software

Because the blind structure at PokerStars in single table (and multi player)
tournaments is so slow, you get a lot more chances to see flops
and outplay your opponents. At lesser online poker rooms, like
PartyPoker, the blind structures are too aggressive, so you’re
forced to make a lot of pre- flop moves, where you have less
control over the hand.
