Just because I am located in the United States, does not exclude you from ordering from me. I am more than happy to hand craft my special puzzles for you where ever you may live. As of December 31, 2008 I have sold my puzzles and art to customers located in 36 different countries.

When you order one of my custom puzzles, these are 4 important issues that you will need to know about.

Acceptable payment International orders.		Shipping Charges
1) Visa , MasterCard, are accepted for purchases that are shipped ONLY to the billing address of the card used to pay for your order. 2) A cashiers check issued by your banking institution for the appropriate amount in US. Dollars made payable to: Mark Gaetano Cappitella The check must be drawn on a US. Banking institution. (If you have questions about this, your bank can explain how it works) 3) Wire transfers to my account payable in the appropriate US. Dollar Currency will also be acceptable.		1) On international orders, actual shipping charges to send you your completed custom puzzle will be added to your order. Please contact me first, so that I can let you know in advance what the rate will be. Shipping charges vary by country.
Additional lead-time is needed!!!		Import Taxes, Tariffs and Duties
1) Please allow for additional lead times on your international orders for shipping and possible customs inspection delays in your country as well as mine. Although Customs usually takes 1-3 days for packages to clear, I have had shipments held up for 1-3 weeks in rare cases. If Customs officials hold up a package sent to you, there is "nothing" I can do about it, except provide you with the package tracking Identification number, so that you can contact your country's Customs officials to ask for an explanation of your shipment's delay, and for you to try to expedite the clearing process. *** I am in no way responsible for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays, and refunds for product or shipping charges will not be issued under these circumstances.		Your home country "may" charge you an import tax on your order. The payment of any potential import Tariff (tax) is solely your responsibility. I have no way of knowing in advance what your Country's laws or Import Tax codes are, nor what amount you might potentially be required to pay. If you have any concerns about possible taxes that you will have to pay on your import of my puzzles or art, I strongly recommend that you contact a Customs Office in your country for clarification.
